It’s the 15th day of Blogtober of everything is going fantabulous. Since many of you loved the retro inspired look that was featured on the blog the first week of Blogtober, I decided to add another outfit for you all to recreate and wear out this season. Sticking to seasonal trends, I’ve selected this ivory off-the-shoulder top with flowing hem and the Dorothy Perkins laser cut vest. If you decide to wear the vest, you’ll have another trending look of the season, which is the cold-shoulder look. I stuck to the suede fabrics because it’s always easier to warm down an outfit that has cool colors. Not wanting to warm it down too much, I added a lighter toned suede instead of darker hues. This outfit either needs flare jeans (which looks best) or boot-cut jeans with the square pockets. Square pockets scream RETROOO! You can either wear a scarf and/or a drop necklace like this Kendra Scott stone necklace. Personally, I’d wear both because I’m all about layering. A perfect substitution for both the scarf and drop necklace (if you don’t like the layering option) is this bib necklace. It takes away the “fluffiness” from around the neck/bust area that some people would rather do away with. Also, add in a rose gold watch and some bangles like this one from Kate Spade to compliment the warm temperature of the outfit and a nice satchel bag (just because every woman needs a large bag for… whatever items use women carry around… lol).
