I am sorry for the delay. Due to Hurricane Matthew, the posts for the rest of the week will be postponed or reschedule for double posts. That damn Hurricane Matthew, lol. Praying for the lives that were lost and to those about to in its path.
Let’s take a quick break from all these darker Fall colors for a minute and brighten things up a bit. What do you say to wearing this beautiful flouncing collar trench coat? I remember about 2years ago, seeing a trench coat similar to this one in Bebe that I fell in love with. Due to how my bank account was set up, I decided that the purchase could wait. Well, when I skipped my happy tail back into the store for purchase… it was nowhere to be found. I was crushed. Well, guess whaaaaaat (does happy dance)… I found one that I like. I paired it with this beautiful designer patchwork skirt and over-the-knee boots that will show a little skin/thigh for those ladies who don’t mind. Down below, I’ve selected a blush trench (if you’re into the blush trend, like I am) that also flatters this look. You may choose to wear a sleeveless or sleeved (I prefer sleeveless when I’m wearing the thicker fabrics) top that is turtle necked or mocked necked. Remember this, because I know I had a few clients that have sensitive skin and have gotten irritation around the neck due to rubbing of harsh fabrics (with scarves). Not only does this feature protect your neck from color temperatures, but it can help with direct contact of these fabrics. Because this coat has this eye catching flouncing collar with a ruffled waterfall lapel, try keeping your hair up and out the way is best. Add a small charmed necklace and pearl earrings to complete the look. I hope you all loved this look and the substitutions below. Both opinions can work and look great.
