I have officially completed my masterpiece. I personally think it’s one of my better works of art. It’s a rustic tassel wall hanging that is about 5’5″ in length. It took me roughly a week and a half to complete this craft, even though I probably could completed it sooner than that. I started this craft because I was looking for large wall art for my office space or living area (when I do own my own home, lol). Here is a great alternative if you don’t want to paint your walls and in need of filling some space.
Most of the items used can be found at your local crafting store, which is Michaels’s, for me. You can find an old branch, purchase the birch pole (located in the floral section) or a wooden dowel. When selecting your yarn, try to choose from different textures, widths and colors. This is what”s going to make your tassels beautiful. When cutting them, try doing them in different heights and sizes, to give your artwork range.
